Grandma Switzer used to make real lemonade. Not the powdery, weak kind that really disappoints ˆ but the fresh squeezed, slightly tart, slightly sweet drink that truly defines summer!

When Grandpa Switzer decided to make his Chewy Lemonade Twists, he made sure it tasted like Grandma's. He would keep a jar on the front porch give it to us when we went out to play ˆ so we could stop anywhere, anytime and enjoy that taste. Umm. Umm. Some things just never have to change.
